The plans include creating a digital service that will allow for the exchange of transport documents, as well as the settlement of disputes and losses under compulsory motor third-party liability insurance.
Taxi aggregators supported the authorities' initiative. Yandex Taxi believes that this will reduce drivers' costs and have a positive impact on safety. The company "Maxim" proposed conducting the experiment in the Kursk region.
