Finds spoiled vegetables and fruits: "VkusVill" has implemented a chatbot for recognizing product defects

The service has started operating in 60 warehouses

The "VkusVill" store chain has created a new service for identifying spoiled products in its warehouses. The chatbot is available in the Telegram messenger and is based on artificial intelligence (AI).

The development belongs to Art Intelligence. The service is already in 60 warehouses, where orders are collected for online delivery.

The service is based on AI algorithms and a neural network. It was trained using photos from chat history. Now the neural network can process requests in a couple of seconds.

So far, the chatbot can recognize spoiled fruits and vegetables among tomatoes, cabbage, apples, bananas, zucchini, and citrus fruits. The developers plan to further train the model on other types of vegetables and fruits.

Earlier www1.ru reported that in Russia they created a digital sommelier based on YandexGPT 3 Pro.
