A new feature has appeared in Yandex Lavka. Now, service users can add products to an already formed order. The service is currently being tested and is available to individual customers in the cities where the service is present. This was reported in the company's press service.
The option appears after placing an order and can only be used once. To add other products, simply click the "Add something to order" button. This must be done within five minutes — the remaining time will be displayed on the timer in the application.
Any products from the service catalog are available for reorder, there are no restrictions. After paying for new purchases, the system will combine them with the first order. The courier will bring everything in one delivery.
You can use the new option in the Yandex Lavka application, as well as on the online showcases of the service in Yandex Eda, Market and Delivery.
The decision to improve the service in Yandex Lavka was made based on customer statistics. It showed that many delivery users return to forgotten products in the first 2-3 minutes after the main order.
