VTB Bank presented the first NeuroKolobok payment terminal with a digital assistant in Russia. The new product was shown at the "Russian Retail Week" forum, which took place from May 27 to 30, 2024 at the Moscow International Trade Center.
According to bank representatives, "Neurokolobok" became the first smart terminal with an integrated assistant in Russia. Thanks to the menu with payment options and the online showcase function, the interactive device promises to simplify customer service in hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops and other public places.
The smart terminal allows you to quickly place an order and pay the bill. Acquiring (the process of making electronic payments using plastic cards) from VTB will ensure the speed and reliability of transactions.
We expect that the appearance on the market of payment terminals with an intuitive multimedia interface should ensure the further development of VTB digital assistants, which will solve more and more user tasks to improve the quality of life.
The prototype of the terminal was created by "Neuro-City" by order of VTB Bank.
