Production of LADA cars in the first four months of this year reached 160 thousand cars. This was stated by the president of the auto giant, Maxim Sokolov.
This is 66% more than in the same period last year.
Thus, AvtoVAZ produces about 40 thousand cars per month.
Note that the auto giant wants to increase the production of LADA Largus station wagons, the production of which has moved from Togliatti to Izhevsk. The plan for next year is to produce about 90 thousand cars. They promise that the ambitious plan is quite realistic to implement. For comparison, in 2024, VAZ plans to produce about 40 thousand Largus.
