Armored Fire Tanker Based on Ural-6370 Chassis Showcased in Moscow Region

The model features a remotely controlled monitor

The Ural Automobile Plant has presented an armored fire tanker (ATsB 5.0-40) based on the Ural-6370 chassis manufactured by Tekhincom-Center LLC. The new product was showcased at the International Salon "Complex Security," which takes place from May 29 to June 1 at the Patriot Exhibition Center (Moscow Region), according to the plant's press service.

The model (ATsB 5.0-40) is equipped with an 11-liter 412-horsepower YaMZ-652 engine (licensed Renault dCi11) and has a 6×6 wheel configuration (all three axles are driving).

The engine compartment, cabin, and crew module of the new vehicle are reinforced with armor. The monitor (a device for ejecting water under high pressure) is controlled remotely.

The armored fire truck carries 5,000 liters of water and 360 liters of foam concentrate. This makes it effective in extinguishing fires at critical facilities where there is a threat to human life and health.

It was previously reported that in Russia they created the "iron" firefighter Ant-1000PM based on a loader.
