Mir card operator applies for registration of Papayya trademark with Rospatent

Experts suggested that this refers to a new cross-border transfer system

The National Payment Card System (NSPK, operator of Mir cards) has applied to Rospatent for registration of the Papayya trademark for an existing product. This was reported by NSPK.

According to the patent application, NSPK will use the name Papayya for:

  • digital data encryption services
NSPK partners are already using this solution in the development of their own Pay-services so that customers can pay for goods and services with tokenized Mir cards.
