Беспилотники начнут следить за залоговым имуществом россиян

All data will be stored and structured on a special platform.

The Russian company Skyyer has presented a new development — a special platform for monitoring the condition of pledged property (movable and immovable property of the borrower). This is planned to be done using drones.

The platform works in a simple algorithm format. Unmanned aerial vehicles collect information, then the data is sent to a special IT platform.

All information is structured and processed using a digital twin, including not only legal documentation, but also video and photo materials. The program works in 2D and 3D formats.

The condition of pledged property can be tracked even using a smartphone. This reduces the cost of on-site visits by specialists from pledge departments and monitoring companies that track financial risks for credit institutions.

It is important that the collateral remains safe and in the same condition as described in the contract. Therefore, banks conduct regular monitoring of collateral – for this, bank employees and other services go to the site to record the condition of the property. Then all the data obtained is stored in corporate systems. We offer an alternative method of remote monitoring of pledged objects.

Real estate analysis will be reflected in a separate application profile. The entire chronology of the "life cycle" of an object can now be tracked online.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia will develop the world's first drone security ecosystem.
