Drones will start monitoring the collateral of Russians

All data will be stored and structured on a special platform.

The Russian company Skyyer has introduced a new development — a special platform for monitoring the condition of collateral (movable and immovable property of the borrower). This is planned to be done with the help of drones.

The platform works in a simple algorithm format. Unmanned aerial vehicles collect information, then the data is sent to a special IT platform.

All information is structured and processed using a digital twin, including not only legal documentation, but also video and photo materials. The program works in 2D and 3D formats.

You can track the status of collateral using even a smartphone. This reduces the cost of on-site visits by specialists from collateral departments and monitoring companies that track financial risks for credit institutions.

It is important that the collateral remains safe and in exactly the condition described in the contract. Therefore, banks conduct regular monitoring of collateral – for this, employees of the bank and other services go to the site to record the condition of the property. Then all the data obtained is stored in corporate systems. We offer an alternative method of remote monitoring of collateral objects.

Real estate analysis will be reflected in a separate application profile. You can now track the entire chronology of the "life cycle" of an object online.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russia will develop the world's first drone security ecosystem.
