A special zone for training athletes and improving the professionalism of drone operators is planned to be created in the Chelyabinsk region. This was announced by Ilya Galaev, president of the Drone Racing Federation.
A copter park will be built in the Chelyabinsk region with the support of the Russian Drone Racing Federation. The creation of such facilities in Russia is one of the priority tasks of our federation and allows us to increase the accessibility of drone racing for people of all ages.
According to the president of the Drone Racing Federation, the implementation of the project will bring high-tech sports to a new level, as well as allow operators of unmanned systems to hone their skills. For this purpose, the copter park will be equipped with special modern equipment.
In the future, such special training zones are planned to be built throughout Russia. The Chelyabinsk region became the third to receive its UAV flight park - two similar copter parks have already appeared in Tatarstan and the Ryazan region.
