Representatives of the Roma diaspora of the Pervomaisky district of the city of Tambov decided to scrap a new drone. They tried to exchange the UAV for a monetary reward, reports the Baza Telegram channel.
Employees of the metal collection point drew attention to the unusual device and called the police.
Most likely, the UAV is a Russian "Orlan-10". The drone will be sent to Moscow for clarification of details. The police are investigating the circumstances of how the device ended up in the hands of the Roma.
It should be noted that this type of drone is actively used by the military to obtain intelligence data. The "Orlan-10" allows you to monitor extended and local objects in hard-to-reach areas.
Earlier www1.ru reported that in the forests of the Moscow region, after the snow melted, about 10 drones were found. Representatives of the Ministry of Defense asked citizens to be vigilant and, if a UAV is detected, to first call the rescue service.
