Engineers at FSUE NAMI presented the world's most powerful hydrogen fuel cell car, NAMI Hydrogen, at the Innoprom exhibition in Uzbekistan. The premium car was developed on the basis of the Aurus Senat.
Technical characteristics of NAMI Hydrogen:
- Three electric motors with a total power of 1020 hp
- Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds
- Hydrogen is stored in three cylinders
- The range at full refueling is 870 km
This is the most powerful car in the world and the first luxury hydrogen car in history. NAMI Hydrogen was first presented in 2021 at the opening of the Aurus plant in Yelabuga. It was the first such development. Since then, engineers have released three more versions.
Russia pays great attention to the development of cars on alternative energy sources. It is expected that by 2030, more than a thousand hydrogen refueling stations will be put into operation in the country. At the same time, the number of electric charging stations will increase.
