Specialists of the "Rybinsk Shipyard" launched the air cushion vessel of the skeg type (design for protecting the air cushion) of project 03660 "Haska-10" on the ice of the Rybinsk Reservoir, the press service of the "Kalashnikov" concern reported.
The event was held as part of the first stage of mooring, sea, preliminary and acceptance tests. The vessel "Haska-10" made a U-turn, return and exit to the shore.
The "Rybinsk Shipyard" developed "Haska-10" under a state contract provided for by the shipbuilding development program for the development of offshore fields for 2013–2030. The customer was the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
"Haska-10" is the largest civilian air cushion vessel with flexible skegs. Thanks to them, the controllability and autonomy of the vessel are increased.
