This achievement was made possible thanks to several important development works carried out in cooperation with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Shinkarenko, head of the scientific and technical center of NPO "Impulse" (part of "Ruselectronics"), received an honorary diploma from the President of the Russian Federation for his invention, as well as "contribution to the development and creation of new special equipment, strengthening the country's defense capability and many years of conscientious work."
