The head of Almaz-Antey Air and Space Defence Concern, Yan Novikov, reported to the Russian Minister of Defence, Sergei Shoigu, that in 2023 the concern fulfilled the state defense order for the production of autonomous target designation equipment "Yenisei". These systems are needed for the S-400 "Triumph" SAM system, radar complexes for detecting and countering drones "Valdai".
Almaz Research and Production Association reported that the company has developed new means of combating drones. They are currently undergoing factory tests.
