Российские военные получили противодронную «Грозу.04.К»

UAV counteraction system recognized as highly effective against FPV drones

The Russian military has received the first batch of the new FPV drone counteraction system "Groza.04.K".

The device, produced by the "Radioelectronic Technologies" concern (KRET) of the Rostec Group, was developed and put into mass production in less than six months. The task of creating such a device was assigned in August 2023 to KRET's subsidiary, the Novgorod Scientific and Production Enterprise "Kvant", which successfully completed it.

How "Groza.04.K" works is not described in detail. However, according to the press service of Rostec Group, before being sent to the troops, the system "passed all the necessary checks and tests, during which it confirmed its technical characteristics and high efficiency in the fight against FPV drones".

It is noted that for this development, specialists from the Kvant Research and Production Association have been nominated for the scholarship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia "For significant contribution to the creation of breakthrough technologies and the development of modern models of weapons, military and special equipment in the interests of ensuring the defense of the country and the security of the state".
