Protects against missile strikes, terrorist attacks, and emergencies: explosion-proof panels now produced in the Moscow region

The strength of the panels from the MAMI plant was tested at a special training ground

The MAMI plant, located in the city of Ivanteevka, Moscow region, has started producing explosion-proof panels. The strength of the metal structures, which have a wide range of applications, was pre-tested at the training ground: they were blown up and burned. The process was supervised by explosives experts, and the characteristics of the product were monitored by engineers.

According to the CEO of the company, Alexander Tsarev, the tests confirmed the design characteristics. The explosion-proof panels withstood the design temperature.

At gas production and gas processing enterprises, panels are needed to protect personnel in the event of an emergency. In the event of a fire or threat of building collapse, people can hide behind them.

Such panels can be used in the production of weapons, explosives, and the creation of block containers to prevent terrorist attacks. The explosive substance is covered with a block container, isolating it from others. A container made of explosion-proof panels is suitable as a shelter in the event of a missile strike threat.
