St. Petersburg-based research and production enterprise "Impulse" (part of Ruselectronics) showcased the printed circuit board manufacturing process.
The main process of the production cycle is galvanic copper plating. A conductive layer of copper is formed on the surface of the board and inside the mounting holes, creating electrical circuits.
The formed layer is very durable and remains on the board forever, Ruselectronics explained. It is specified that NPO "Impulse" uses chemical compositions of domestic production in its work, which are not inferior to Western analogues in quality.
Earlier, the Novosibirsk plant "Oxide", which is part of Ruselectronics, developed a unique resistive paste with precious metals for the production of chip resistors.
