The production of drones for agricultural needs will be established in the Moscow Region, according to the head of the region, Andrey Vorobyov. This concerns the products of the Belarusian-Chinese company "Aviation Technologies and Complexes."
According to Vorobyov, the company produces unmanned aerial systems, modern ultralight manned aviation equipment for dual purposes.
Among the developments is an analogue of a helicopter that can fly in bad weather and at night, does not require a runway, and consumes 95-octane gasoline.
There is no information yet on which agricultural drones will be produced in the Moscow Region. It will likely be the A60-X model with a maximum take-off weight of 55 kg. It is known that the drone can process a 5-hectare plot in one hour.
Earlier it was reported that the "Kirovets" unmanned tractors used by Russian farmers allow saving up to 30% on fertilizers, fuels and lubricants, and seeds.
