The Prime Minister emphasized that the state provides comprehensive support to enterprises in the context of sanctions, including against the backdrop of logistical problems. It is now necessary to guarantee the uninterrupted operation of assembly lines, he added.

The Industry Development Fund (IDF) will receive funding, which will distribute subsidies among 10 projects significant for the industry. This includes the localization of the production of anti-lock braking systems and passive safety elements.

Mishustin also proposed that the government enshrine the concepts of "engineering services" and "industrial design" in Russian legislation. This is expected to help the development of the domestic automotive industry.
