Russia has its own "friend-or-foe" drone recognition system

The identifier will be useful for both civilian and military purposes

NPP Pulsar has presented a new domestic system for recognizing civilian and military drones based on the "friend-or-foe" principle.

At the Electronics of Russia exhibition, the development of the "daughter" of Ruselectronics attracted attention, despite its modest dimensions.

The identifier weighs no more than 150 g and has a low power consumption of 100 mV. But it works at significant distances: it checks all UAVs within a radius of up to 100 km and at an altitude of up to 5 km from the location.

The equipment cooperates with stations using the Russian identification system "Parol".
