The automatic manipulator, failing to recognize that there was a person in front of it, mistook him for a box and pressed him against the conveyor belt with such force that it crushed his head. The victim also suffered chest injuries. The mechanic was urgently hospitalized, but doctors could not save his life.

Law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances of the employee's death. It is known that the manipulator error was detected on November 6, but the work on debugging the equipment was postponed for several days. The issue of initiating a criminal case against employees responsible for industrial safety is now being decided.
