Stainless steel body, engine up to 354 horsepower - the new Russian SUV "Visuva" hits the market

The car, "charged for the city and off-road", costs from 6 million rubles. And here's what's under the hood of the "Visuva"

Krasnoyarsk manufacturers of the first domestic SUV for travel and extreme sports "Visuva" announced its cost.

In the basic configuration, the car will cost 6 million rubles.

For the time being, two models are offered to customers for pre-order: the two-seater "Visuva S2" and the four-seater "Visuva S4". The four-seater all-terrain vehicle is intended for outdoor activities with family or a small company, the two-seater is for those who like to go on a trip alone or with a friend.

Characteristics of "Visuva S2"

It is known that the new Russian SUV has large dimensions: 4.6 m in height, 1.9 m in length, and 2.3 m in width. The "Visuva S2" has a large and roomy trunk. The body is made of composite fiberglass, not subject to corrosion, the driver has access to a 360-degree camera.

The car has a light and durable frame of increased rigidity, an independent multi-link suspension with strokes of about half a meter.

The futuristic body design has already been criticized for potential problems with washing it after off-road trips. However, manufacturers note in the comments on the Web that there will be no problems with this.

The SUV has a turbocharged engine with a volume of 2.0 liters and a power of 227 hp, manufactured by the Chinese Great Wall. It is located in front of the rear gearbox for equal distribution of the engine weight on the front and rear axles of the car. From a start with zero speed to 100 km/h, the car will accelerate in 10 seconds.

If the client wishes, the engine power can be increased at his request. Also, SUVs promise to be supplemented on individual request:

  • cruise control;
  • additional monitors in the cabin;
  • light and rain sensors;
  • refrigerator and glove compartment with cooling;
  • 220 Volt converter.

Among other things, the "Visuva S2" differs from its SUV colleagues in the ability of the driver to independently replace the standard R17 wheels with off-road R22 mud wheels alone.

The "Visuva" family also has a version with a 3-liter engine with a capacity of 354 hp from Great Wall and a 9-speed "automatic". Its cost and other characteristics are still unknown.

VISUVA does not intend to be limited to two SUVs. It is planned to produce pickups up to 5 seats, minibuses up to 14 seats and five-seater SUVs of the sports series.
