Users of the Yandex Lavka service will be the first to make purchases using the virtual assistant Alice. This was reported in the company's press service.
It is noted that the order will begin to form if you say: «Alice, order goods in Lavka». Then you should name the products that you want to see on your table.
It is not necessary to ask the assistant to put a product of a certain brand in the basket. Just specify its characteristics, for example, «kefir with a fat content of 1%». Alice will select kefir based on the history of your previous purchases in Yandex Lavka.
If you do not like the assistant's choice, ask her to remove the product. When all the products are collected, tell Alice «Enough!». After that, the user will receive a notification about the order on their smartphone - it can be edited and paid for.
You can find out the status of the order from Alice by asking, «What's with my order?». Currently, voice ordering of goods in Yandex Lavka is available for residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
