"To accelerate the testing program, the first SSJ-New flight will be performed with Franco-Russian SaM146 engines. The second prototype will begin the flight test program with domestic PD-8 engines, which are expected to arrive in Komsomolsk-on-Amur in the coming weeks", - Rostec said.

"The machine received a domestic control system, avionics, landing gear, hydraulic system, air conditioning system and much more. The first flight will take place in the near future, after equipment checks on the ground. Their goal is to ensure the safety of passengers, because in the future, the SSJ-new, together with the medium-range MC-21, will become the basis of the fleet of Russian airlines", - added Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy General Director of Rostec.
