Space truck "Progress MS-23" launched from Baikonur to the ISS

The flight took just over three hours

Today at 15:56:07 Moscow time, the rocket "Soyuz-2.1a" was launched from Baikonur with the cargo ship "Progress MS-23". The space truck headed for the ISS on a two-orbit scheme (the flight itself took just over 3 hours), it docked with the "Search" module in automatic mode at 19:18:43 Moscow time.

"Progress MS-23" delivered 2.5 tons of cargo to the ISS, including 499 kg of fuel for refueling the station, 630 kg of drinking water and 40 kg of nitrogen, as well as 1322 kg of equipment and instruments, consumables and sets for conducting scientific experiments, items of clothing, food products and hygiene products.

Since 1978, this has been the 184th docking of the Progress family ships to orbital stations, including the 89th – with the ISS.
