The German chemical-industrial concern Henkel announced the complete sale of all Russian assets. The company will receive 54 billion rubles for them.

"On April 20, 2023, Henkel announced the conclusion of an agreement to sell its commercial activities in Russia to a consortium of local financial investors. At the moment, the deal has been completed, the sale price is 54 billion rubles (about 600 million euros)", - summarized in the concern. According to TASS, Henkel previously signed an agreement to sell its Russian assets to a consortium of financial investors, which includes Augment Investments, Kismet Capital Group and Elbrus Services.

Henkel produced various products at 11 factories in the Russian Federation - adhesive materials, detergents, cosmetics, and personal care products.
