Serial fifth-generation Su-57 fighters have received an advanced S-111-N communication and tactical information exchange system from NPP Polyot. The system's software is maximally adapted for use in the combat control mode of the promising S-70 Okhotnik-B reconnaissance and strike UAVs, noted military expert Evgeny Damantsev.
He explained that the secure telecode data exchange channels between the S-111-N complexes and the terminals installed on the Okhotnik-B aggregate the Su-57 and S-70 into a single information field. Thanks to the S-111-N, drones will be able to conduct radar and electronic intelligence using their own onboard radars and interferometric RTR stations.
Su-57 pilots will receive data on detected ground equipment and radio-emitting objects via radio channels protected by the method of pseudo-random tuning of the operating frequency in the range from 960 to 1250 MHz.
Su-57 — Russian multi-functional fighter, it is designed to destroy all types of air, ground, and surface targets. The machine has a supersonic cruising speed, internal fuselage armament, radio-absorbing coating (stealth technology), as well as the latest complex of onboard equipment.
